Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for the operational planning and coordination of production and logistics processes with the aim of ensuring reliable and on-time delivery of our systems
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Planning & Logistics team
  • Active involvement in production planning, from scheduling, capacity and resource coordination through to ensuring reliable production and delivery plans
  • Close collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement and Project Management to ensure material availability, production resources and assembly capacities
  • Early identification of bottlenecks, schedule deviations and conflicting priorities, as well as initiation of appropriate measures to secure timelines and process stability

Your Profile

  • Completed technical vocational training, ideally in an industrial environment, supplemented by a master craftsman qualification, e.g. Industrial Master Metal
  • Several years of experience in production control and/or logistics or in a comparable production-related role
  • Good understanding of production processes, material availability, capacity planning and schedule management
  • Confident use of ERP/planning systems and MS Office; experience with MRP and production order processes is an advantage
  • Initial leadership experience or a strong ability to guide, motivate and develop employees in a technical capacity
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to maintain an overview even in the event of bottlenecks and schedule deviations
  • Strong communication skills, decision-making ability and team orientation when working with Manufacturing, Procurement and Project Management

Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Leadership & Responsibility: Leading interdisciplinary project teams, responsible for deadlines, costs and quality. Resource and capacity planning, first point of escalation and central point of contact for all departments.
  • Project Preparation: Supporting the sales team in contract conclusion, clarifying quotations and orders. Analysing specifications, assessing feasibility, clarifying interfaces and providing relevant data for costing and planning.
  • Project Planning & Management: Structuring projects, defining work packages, scheduling and capacity planning, and project controlling. Involving contractual partners, coordinating internal departments, ensuring performance, quality and budget adherence. Initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations.
  • Execution & Completion: Ensuring contract fulfilment, documentation, customer communication, support with system integration and commissioning, supervision of acceptance testing, and post-completion support including service coordination.

Your Profile

  • A degree in engineering, business or a comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, agile approaches) and tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana)
  • Experience in project planning, management and controlling, including schedule, cost and quality management
  • Several years’ experience as a project manager or in a comparable role
  • Experience in leading and coordinating internal departments and external contractors
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate project teams
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation and in customer interactions
  • High level of responsibility, resilience and assertiveness

PLM & IT Application Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Operation, support and further development of the Siemens PLM environment (e.g. Teamcenter)

  • Analysis of business processes (Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing) and derivation of system solutions

  • Support in the introduction and documentation of IT processes (e.g. ITIL-based)

  • Identification of optimization potential in systems and workflows

  • Support of IT service operations (1st and 2nd level) in cooperation with internal teams and external service providers

    • Acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of existing customer relationships
    • Consulting and sales of our automation solutions for intralogistics – from analysis to quotation and contract conclusion

    You’re a great fit if you:

    • Willingness to travel worldwide
