Training
Qualification is the key to successful employees. Others call it the capital of the industry; we call it the heartbeat.
Why? Because perfect automation always relies on the skills of those involved in the system.
The ideal way to sustainably secure this success story is through the Reis Robotics Training Center.
Here you will find our precisely tailored training programs regarding our controls ROBOTstar V, ROBOTstar VI, ROBOTstar VII and KRC ROBOTstar.
Operation and Programming 1
Get to know the operation & programming of robots with the Reis ROBOTStar control system:
Troubleshooting common errors and safe handling of the system, combined with initial programming knowledge, significantly reduce downtime and increase the productivity of your plant.
Duration: 5 days
Mechanical servicing
Do you want to take proper maintenance and upcoming repair work into your own hands?
Here you will learn how to extend the lifespan of your robots and how to replace mechanical components yourself.
Duration: 2 days
Electrical servicing
Professional fault diagnosis and electrical troubleshooting will get your system back into production as quickly as possible. We’ll teach you how to get your system electrically operational again in the shortest possible time.
Duration: 2 days
Programming 2
Deepen your existing programming skills & accelerate your programming speed with useful features.
Additionally: Learn specific skills for path applications such as welding, cutting, or gluing.
Duration: 3 days
Provis principles
With our offline tool Provis, you can program your system in advance and identify potential weaknesses.
This course introduces you to the world of offline programming.
Duration: 3 days
Programming a robot plc
Our Reis ROBOTstar controllers are equipped with an internal PLC. With this, you can control parallel processes, create complex logic links, and manage and evaluate real-time system variables.
Duration: 5 days
Offline Provis programming
With the continuation of our course on the offline tool Provis, you can create complete virtual worlds, taking your offline programming of robot movements to the next level.
Duration: 2 days
Macro programming
Through macro functions, you simplify and enable your equipment operators to handle grippers, welding tongs, and many other tools. Here, you will learn how to set them up, configure them, and program them.
Duration: 5 days
Arc sensor programming
Programming arc welding using the search function requires specialized expertise. In this training, we will show you the most common sources of errors and the best programming approaches to reduce your programming effort and scrap rate.
Duration: 2 days
Servo-Robot Seam tracking
With our integrated servo-robot seam tracking, you can weld tolerance-sensitive components without having to repeatedly reprogram the robot and realign the welding path.
Duration: 2 days
Programming Safety Zones
Programming safety zones is essential to ensure the required safety for your employees around your equipment. This includes proper commissioning, troubleshooting diagnostics, and the necessary resolution of issues with safety components.
Duration: 5 days
Automatic trajectory generation
Using the offline tool Provis, you can already create a virtual representation of your system. With the automatic path generation from CAD data, you can easily create entire paths and programs in no time.
Duration: 3 days
