The Spy Manager is an optional unit that, in combination with LaserSpy sensors version 4, allows the aggregation and visualization of the individual sensor statuses and can forward this information to a higher-level production control or management system via a Profinet interface. The safety circuits are still connected via the hardwired interface. The Spy-M is particularly helpful in large, confusing laser safety cabins with poor accessibility to the individual sensors, so that visual monitoring of the status LEDs on the individual LaserSpy sensors / evaluation units can be dispensed with.
