Packstation

The Reis Robotics palletizing software communicates with an existing WMS system (warehouse management system)
or one that is yet to be installed.
A robot cell including unique Gripper dedicated for fast palletizing.
Due to the palletizing and simultaneous stretching, the Packstation is suitable for stacking different unstable products.

Introducing our Automatic Packstation solution:

  • Comprising one or more packing stations where sequenced products are palletized onto target pallets.
  • Each packing station includes one or two robots, 1 or 2 unique grippers, mixed palletizing software, one or two lifts, and a stretcher.
  • Especially valuable for handling a wide variety of products, ensuring stability before transportation by wrapping the mixed pallet.
  • The mixed palletizing software seamlessly communicates the product sequence to the existing Warehouse Management System at the customer’s site.
  • Products are transported via conveyor systems to the packing station(s), where a new mixed target pallet is expertly palletized and stretched at the same time.
  • The completed target pallet is then transported by either an AMR or conveyor to a pick-up point, ready for customer transport.
  • Designed for use with existing or new high-bay racking systems, to ensure exceptionally high palletizing speeds.
